Eligibility Criteria :
Essential : Retired officer from Assam Finance Service (AFS) or equivalent Central Government financial service, not exceeding 65 years of age on date of this advertisement.

Desirable :
1. Experience in Externally Aided Projects (World Bank / ADB / JICA).
2. Familiarity with public procurement systems and infrastructure project finance.
