Eligibility Criteria :
(A) Two-Years Integrated Post Graduate Master’s Degree Course of Regional Institute of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with B. Ed or equivalent degree from recognized University.
OR
Post-Graduation Degree with 50% marks in the concerned subject from recognized University with B. Ed or equivalent degree from recognized University.
(B) Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English media.
(C) Desirable Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Eligibility Criteria :
(A) Four/Five-Years Integrated Degree Course of Regional College of Education in concerned subject with at least 50% with B. Ed or equivalent degree from recognized University.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned subject with B. Ed or equivalent degree from recognized University.
(B) Competence to teach through the Hindi & English medium/media as required.
(C) Desirable Knowledge of Computer Applications.
(D) Preference will be given to the CTET qualified candidates.
For TGT (Fine Arts), the following qualifications are necessary-
Higher Secondary/Intermediate/Senior Secondary examination with minimum 4 years full time diploma in painting/fine arts from a recognised institute.
Or
Graduate with Drawing and Painting/Art/Fine Art with minimum two years full time diploma from a recognised Institute.
Or
M. A. in Drawing and Painting/Fine Art from a recognised University.
For TGT (Computer Science), the following qualifications are necessary-
At least 50% marks in aggregate in any of the following:-
(a) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application (BCA) from a recognized University.
OR
Graduation in Computer Science from a recognized university (provided that the computer science subject must be studied in all years as main subject).
OR
BE/B.Tech (Computer Science/information Technology) from a recognized university.
Name of post : Primary Teacher (PRT)

Eligibility Criteria :
(a) Senior Secondary (or Its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)
(b) Competence to teach in English/Hindi and Local language.
(c) Preference will be given to the CTET/TET qualified candidates.
For PRT (Music), the following qualifications are necessary-
(a) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and Bachelor Degree in Music in the relevant subject of Hindustani Vocal & Dance or equivalent from a recognized University.
(b) Competence to teach in English & Hindi Medium.
(c) Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications
Age Limit : The candidate should be between the age of 18 and 65 years (as per KVS rules) as on date of interview and selected candidate shall not be eligible to continue their contract services beyond 65 years.
Selection Procedure :
Candidates may appear for walk-in-interviews for the above posts on 19th March 2026 and 20th March 2026. Time of interview is from 10 AM to 4 PM. Venue is in Railway H.S. School,
Badarpur, Assam
