The District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Sribhumi, Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Information Assistant in the District Emergency Operation Centre (DEOC) in 2025.

Eligibility Criteria :
1. Graduate with minimum 2 (two) years of relevant experience of working in a Call Centre for receiving and processing of the calls and relevant data management in any Govt./ reputed Semi-Govt. or Private Organization.
OR
2. HSSLC (10+2) with minimum 5 (five) years of relevant experience of working in a Call Centre for receiving and processing of the calls and relevant data management in any Govt./ reputed Semi-Govt. or Private Organization.
3. Computer Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Database, lnternet Analytics etc. (Minimum Six Months Diploma Course).
4. Fluency desired in both spoken and written communication in Bengali, Assamese, English, Hindi Language. Preference will also be given to candidates having fluency in Bengali Language.
5. Candidate should be well conversant with the work culture of DDMA/DEOC (24X7)
Age Limit:
Age of the applicant should not be less than 21 years and more than 43 years as on 01-01-2026
Remuneration :
Monthly fixed remuneration of Rs. 16,140/- (Rupees Sixteen Thousand One Hundred Forty) and subject to deduction of Professional Tax etc. as per norms.
