Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Junior Specialist (Allopathy) and Junior Dental Specialists under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt of Arunachal Pradesh in 2026.
Name of post : Junior Specialist (Allopathy)
No. of posts : 115
Eligibility Criteria :
i. A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Part-II of the Third Schedule
(other than licentiate qualification) of the Indian Medical Council Act. 1956. Holders of educational qualification included in the Part-II of the Third Schedule should also
fulfill the condition stipulated in sub-section (3) of the section (13) of the Indian Medical
Council Act, 1956.
ii. Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned specialty mentioned in Section A or Section ‘B’ or Section ‘D’ as the case may be in Schedule VI or equivalent of Arunachal Pradesh Health Service Rules, 2000.
iii. The candidate (including Foreign Medical Graduates/Post Graduates) must be registered with Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council (APMC).
Name of post : Junior Dental Specialist
No. of posts : 2
Eligibility Criteria :
i. Medical qualification included in the Part-I or Part-III of the Schedule to the Dentist Act, 1948 as amended from time to time.
ii. Post-graduate degree in concerned specialty mentioned in Section A or Section B or Section D as the case may be in Schedule-VI or equivalent of Arunachal Pradesh Health Service Rules, 2000.
iii. The candidate (including Foreign Medical Graduates/Post Graduates) must be registered with Arunachal Pradesh Dental Council (APDC).
