The candidate should be Associate/ Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with 10 Years’ for E4/7 years for E3 Post Qualification Experience (with at least 3 years of experience in listed company). Candidates from Govt./ PSU/Autonomous organizations should have 2 years’ experience in immediate lower grade whereas candidates from private sector should be drawing comparable CTC of Grade (E3/E2) for minimum 2 years i.e. 16 lakh/13 lakh per annum.

The candidate should be B.E / B. Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering from a recognized University. Candidate having MBA Qualification will be given preference with Minimum Post Qualification Experience 10 years for Manager/07 years for Deputy Manager in relevant field/job. Candidates with relevant experience in the transformer/power industry or in capital goods sectors related to the electrical/power industry will get preference.
