Film lovers in Assam are tickled as the Hindi teaser of Prabhas’ much-awaited film Saaho has been released.
The Rs 300 crore Saaho project has been in the making for a long time now. The mega film is set to hit the big screens across India on August 15.
Though the teaser has been released, the plot details of Saaho have not been divulged. But, action film lovers in Assam know that Saaho is going to make the silver screens an action-packed summer.
As per reports in Bollywood circles, a massive action sequence featuring Prabhas was shot in Abu Dhabi, and it is going to be the USP for the multilingual film.
While Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh are Arun Vijay are in star attractions of the film, veteran Jackie Shroff will be seen in a supporting role.
The film has been shot simultaneously in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil, and Sujeeth is the writer and the director. It has been produced by UV Creations and T-Series.
Film lovers in Assam have been waiting for Saaho since 2017. The first teaser of the film was released earlier in April 2017 along with the release of Prabhas’ previous film Baahubali 2.
The first look of the lead actor Prabhas was revealed in October 2017. The picture looked similar to the poster of Blade Runner 2049. And, fans were quick to criticize the poster for the perceived plagiarism.
A second teaser of Saaho was released on October 23, 2018, on the occasion of Prabhas’ birthday. A third teaser of Saaho was released on March 3, 2019, on the occasion of Shraddha Kapoor’s birthday.
A fresh first look poster of Saaho was unveiled on May 21, 2019, followed by another one released within a week.
Now, with the release of the Hindi teaser on June 12, 2019, film lovers in Assam are more inquisitive about the film.
