Assam Rifles (AR) under the aegis of 21 Sector organized ten days national integration tour for 25 students of Khilpara Boys Orphanage Home, Gomati district of Tripura to Delhi, Jaipur and Ajmer.

The tour will cover iconic places in Delhi and include India Gate, Akshardham temple, Lotus temple, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Red Fort, India Gate and in Jaipur, Raj Mandir, Albert Hall Museum, Raj Bhawan and Amber Fort.

During their visit to Ajmer, apart from visiting dargah sharif and Pushkar, they would also get to interact with students of Military School, Ajmer.

It will be a unique opportunity for students to see rich cultural heritage of India as also get an exposure to the growth story.

Interaction with the President of India and Governor of Rajasthan and other dignitaries is also planned in the itinerary.

The tour was flagged off by Brig Ashwini Nayyar, Commander of 21 Sector Assam Rifles.

The students were very happy to get the scope to visit Rajasthan and Delhi moreover they would also be able to interact with the President of India during the tour.

They expressed that shall be able to learn many things during interaction with people and students during their tour and which would also motivate to join the security forces and serve the nation.
