Thousands of people turned up to watch South Korean K-Pop band MONT’s performance at the Hornbill International Music Festival on Tuesday in Nagaland.
This is the K-Pop band’s pre-debut concert and their first fan meeting in India.

The crowd of around 8000, mostly teenagers, the large chunk of the band fandom called ‘MINT,’ turned-up in huge numbers with banners and a lot of enthusiasm.
The crowds swayed to every beat as the band belted out their pre-release numbers and even a popular Bollywood number.
“MINT invited us to be here and we are excited,” the band informed at a press conference prior to their performance, adding, “We are so happy to see a lot of people interested in K-pop here in Nagaland.”

MONT, an abbreviation for Members of the National Team, under the company Fly Music Entertainment has Bitsaeon, Roda and Narachan as members.
Despite being a pre-debut group they have already toured Israel and performed in Brazil, Poland and the US. After Dimapur, MONT is set to perform in New Delhi at the Korean Cultural Centre India on December 6.
