The Office of District Commissioner (DC Office) Charaideo Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Information Assistant in 2026.

Essential Qualification:
i. Graduate or equivalent degree from a recognised University, preferably with 2-5 years of experience working in DEOCs.
ii. At least six months Certificate /Diploma course in Computer Application or Proven skills in Computer Application (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Surfing, Assamese Typing etc.) in the
form of work experience.
iii. Fluency in spoken & written in Assamese & English.
iv. Candidate should be a resident of Charaideo district.
Age: Should not be below 21 years and above 35 years as on 1st day of January/2026 (as decided) relaxable in case of SC/ST candidates as per rules.
Salary : Rs. 16,590/- per month
