National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (NIPER), Guwahati, Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Research Manager (Scientific)-Contractual in 2026.

Salary : Rs. 1,25,000/- per month (Consolidated)
Essential Qualification:
M.Sc./ M.Pharma from recognised University/Institute.
Experience:
Minimum 10 (Ten) years of experience in research/teaching/industry and established reputation of having made conspicuous seminal contribution to knowledge in Pharmaceutical and allied areas.
Desirable Qualification:
1. Preference to the candidates who have experience in handling HPLC/LCMS/ GCMS/ cell culture, immunological assays, or molecular diagnostics and in vivo models and maintenance of
instruments.
2. Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP),
and official ISO laboratory accreditations will be an added advantage.
3. Preference to the candidate who has experience in Project Management.
Maximum Age : Not more than 40 years
