Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Directors in 2026.
Name of post : Joint Director (Technical)
No. of posts : 8
Pay : Pay level-12 (Rs.78800-209200) in pay matrix.
Eligibility Criteria :
Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories or Universities or Recognized Research institutes or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Autonomous or Statutory organizations.
Possessing the essential educational and experience qualifications as prescribed.
(A) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with five years regular service in pay level-11 (Rs.67700-208700) of pay matrix in the parent cadre or Department; and
(B) having the following essential educational qualification:-
(i) Master degree in Economics or Physics or Mathematics or Chemistry from recognised University; or
(ii) Bachelor degree in Engineering from a recognised University; and
(iii) possessing Certificate as energy auditor based on the National Examination under the provisions of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001); and
(C) having ten years of post-qualification experience in dealing with the energy efficiency matters in industry, transport or building.
