Tezpur University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) in 2026 in the ICMR sponsored research project entitled “Proteomics of medically important snakes of North East India and development of diagnostic assays for the identification of snakebite at species level” under the Principal Investigator Prof. Robin Doley, Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology

Educational Qualification:
(1) First Class Post Graduate degree, including integrated PG degree.
(2) Second Class Post Graduate degree, including integrated PG degree with PhD.
Desirable: Research experience in the field of diagnostics.
Remuneration: Rs. 56,000/- (Rupees fifty-six thousand) only plus HRA as admissible per month.
Age limit: Candidate shall not be more than 35 years of age on the date of interview
