Assam Energy Development Agency (AEDA), Guwahati, Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the govt job of Programme Officer in 2026.

Qualification :
B.E/B.Tech (Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Energy Engineering / Other allied branches) with minimum 6 years of experience in Renewable Energy Technologies preferably Solar Energy Technologies. Preference will be given to candidates having M.E./ M.Tech
Age Limit : 21 to 45 years
Remuneration : Rs.60,000/- fixed pay for 6 months or till the end of the project, subject to satisfactory performance.
Additional Criteria :
a) Strong project management, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
b) Proficiency in data collection, baseline analysis, and report writing.
c) Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point Presentation, etc.
d) Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills (fluency in regional/local languages is essential).
e) Working knowledge of solar PV system design, net-metering frameworks, and central/state subsidy portals.
f) Able to prepare and evaluate technical proposal/ Detailed Project Report (DPR)
g) Well versed with system sizing, designing and analyzing of solar photovoltaic system and other renewable energy systems.
h) Must have knowledge on different applications/software for the design of renewable energy technologies
