Ph.D. in Pharmacy Practice/ Clinical Pharmacy/ Clinical Pharmacology/ Clinical Epidemiology/ Public Health/ Biostatistics/ Health Economics/ Health Technology Assessment with 2 years of Teaching/Research/Industrial experience
