Qualification & Experience :
1. Advanced degree in Climate Change, Climate Finance, Environmental Sciences, Disaster Risk Management, Public Policy, Development Studies or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in climate risk assessment, climate
adaptation, climate finance or resilience planning.
3. Strong command of data analysis, with demonstrated ability to generate evidence-based
findings from quantitative and qualitative data.
4. Proven experience in technical report writing, including research reports, fact sheets, and
policy/advocacy briefs.
5. Demonstrated experience in capacity-building and delivering training to government
counterparts or multi-sector stakeholders.
6. Experience working with government departments, development partners, and multi-sector stakeholders.
7. Knowledge of Assam’s climate and development context is desirable.
8. Proficiency in Assamese language will be an added advantage.
9. Excellent writing, facilitation, and communication skills.
