Educational Qualification:
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (?.?. / ?.??ch) with a Master’s in Business
Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from a recognized
University / Institute.
Experience Criteria:
Essential (FT-M3 – Associate): Minimum 5 to 10 years of overall post-qualification experience
across commercial, procurement, sales, contract/vendor/inventory management, supply chain, finance, or operations domains. Out of the total experience, minimum 3 years of domain experience in handling public procurement and tendering through government e-procurement portals (such as NIC, CPP Portal, or GeM) for a Government organization, PSU, or an agency executing World Bank / ADB-funded projects.
Essential (FT-M4 – Sr. Associate): Above 10 years of overall post-qualification experience, with
all other domain and public procurement conditions remaining the same as FT-M3.
Remuneration : Rs. 1,00,000/- – 1,20,000/- per month
