Internal Candidate [eligible permanent employees of AI Assets Holding Limited [AIAHL] and its subsidiaries]
The candidate should possess BE / B.Tech. Degree or equivalent degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Electrical / Electronics/ Telecommunication /Instrumentation / Production /
Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized institute.
Desirable Qualification :
MBA or equivalent Post Graduate Management Degree / Diploma / Certificate. The areas preferably include in the area of Aeronautical Engineering / Marketing / Materials / finance / HR Management.
Experience :
External Candidate [candidates from open market] :
a. Candidates from Central/State/ Public Sector Enterprises working at the Level of E-7 and above with 20 years of managerial experience out of which at least 5 years of experience at senior managerial level (not more than two levels below CEO/Head of Institute) in aviation industry would be considered.
b. Private Sector candidates who are working not more than 2 level below CEO/Head of
Institution are considerable.
c. Preference to Candidate having experience of working in large organisation and having managed large group of employees.
Internal Candidate [eligible permanent employees of AI Assets Holding Limited [AIAHL]
and its subsidiaries]
Candidates currently working at Senior Management Level (E-7 and above) in AIAHL and its
subsidiaries with 20 years’ experience in Aviation Engineering, out of which at least 10 years should be at managerial level including at least 05 years of experience at senior managerial level (Level E7 or above).
