Applications are invited for recruitment of various project based positions or career in AIIMS Guwahati Assam in 2026.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Project Research Scientist-I purely on contractual basis under the ICMR-NIRT project titled “Multi-centric Parallel arm Randomized Clinical trial to improve treatment outcomes among persons with drug sensitive pulmonary TB treated with 4 or 6 months of High dose Rifampicin containing regimens with or without Levofloxacin (PRaCTISe-HR Trial)” in 2026.

Qualification :

Essential :

1. First-class Post-Graduate (PG) degree or integrated PG degree in relevant non-medical
disciplines (such as Clinical Research, Pharmacology , Biotechnology, Life Sciences , Biochemistry, Nutrition, Public Health)

2. Second-class PG degree with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.

Desirable :

1. Three years post-eligibility experience.

2. Has completed Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification

3. Previous Research Experience (publications/ presentations)

4. Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office Suite

5. Fluency in English, Hindi, Assamese

Monthly Consolidated Emoluments : Rs. 56000/- + 20% HRA

Upper Age Limit : 35 years
