Eligibility Criteria :
Civil :
Full Time BE/B.Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 65% marks from a recognized University/Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is 55%. Minimum 03 years’ post qualification executive experience also (including training period, if any) in Geotech / piling / foundation / structural steel / tower structures / switch yard etc.
Electrical :
Full Time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) Degree in Electrical/Electrical or Electronics/Electrical, Instrumentation & Control/ Power Systems & High Voltage/Power Electronics/Power Engineering with at least 65% marks from a recognized University /Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is 55%. Minimum 03 years’ post qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) in switchyard / electrical testing/ transmission
system/ transformer/Design/Engineering.
Mechanical :
Full Time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering/ Production & Industrial Engineering/Power Engineering with at least 65% marks from a recognized
University/Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is 55%.
Preference also to candidates with ME/M.Tech degree. Minimum 03 years’ post qualification executive experience also (including training period, if any) with involvement in supervision/ execution and related activities in power generation in Thermal/ Gas/ Hydro/ Nuclear/ Renewables.
Human Resource :
Graduates with also at least 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Program in Management with Specialization in Human Resources/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR with at least 65% marks from a recognized University/Institution. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is 55%. Minimum 03 years’ post qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) in HR functions/ Industrial Relations.
Finance :
Qualified CA/CMA. Minimum 01 Year post qualification executive experience also (excluding articleship period) in the area of Finance/Accounts.
Safety :
Full Time Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Civil/Power Engineering with at least 65% marks from recognised university/Institution with a full-time diploma in Industrial Safety from Regional Labour Institute/Institution recognized under the factories Act/Rules or Full Time Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety with at least 65% marks from a University/ Institution recognized under the Factories Act/rules of any state. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is 55%. Minimum 03 years post qualifications executive experience (including training period, if any) in the area of safety preferably in power industry/ manufacturing industry in govt/public sector undertaking or private company of repute. (Post qualification experience shall be counted from the date of acquiring Degree in engineering).
CSR :
Full Time PG Degree/ PG Diploma / PG Programme in Rural Management/ Rural Development/ Displacement/ Resettlement/ Rehabilitation/ Community Development / Local Governance/ Local Development/ Livelihoods/ Social Entrepreneurship/ Social Development/ Social Administration/ Sustainable Development, Development Policy & Practice/ Development Studies or MSW or MBA or Graduate in Engineering with atleast 65% marks from recognized University/Institute. For SC/ST/PwBD category, the minimum mark in qualifying degree is 55%. Minimum 3 Years of post qualifications executive experience (including training period, if any)in one or more of the areas related to conducting/ reviewing/ analysing/ monitoring of socio-economic surveys (SES)/ consultation with stake holders through participatory tools/ handling CSR activities under the companies Act/handling need assessment surveys/ social impact assessment surveys/ planning implementation CSR Activities or projects., etc.
Rajbhasha :
Full Time Master’s Degree from recognised University in Hindi, with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at degree level. OR Master’s Degree from recognised University in English, with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. OR Master’s Degree from recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi Medium, and English as compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. OR Master Degree from recognised university other than Hindi or English, with English medium, and Hindi as compulsory or elective subject or as medium of an examination at the Degree level. OR Master’s Degree from a recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi & English as compulsory or elective subject or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level. Minimum 3 years post qualifications experience of using/applying terminology in Hindi or translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa under Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or autonomous bodies or statutory organisation or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or recognised research and education institutions.
