Nagaland University is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Young Professional-II (YP-II) for a period till Feb 2027 under the project entitled “Development, standardization and optimization of microbial and botanical pesticides and their formulations as efficient delivery systems for the management of agricultural, stored grain pests, nematodes and ticks parasites” funded by ICAR-NASF, New Delhi sponsored at Dept. of Plant Pathology in 2026.

Eligibility Criteria :
M.Sc Agri (Plant Pathology) with work experience on fungal and bacterial biocontrol agents for plant disease and pest management.
Monthly Emoluments : Rs. 42000.00 (consolidated), No HRA will be paid.
Selection Procedure :
Candidates may appear for a walk-in-interview on 13th August 2026. Time of interview is 11 AM. Venue is in Room no-1, Dept. of Plant Pathology, Nagaland University, SAS, Medziphema Campus
