Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Shillong Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Project Coordinator and Field Investigator in 2026.
Name of post : Project Coordinator
No. of posts : 1
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 45,000 per month
Job Roles :
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation
of the project, including planning, stakeholder coordination, monitoring, documentation,
reporting, and overall project management.
Qualification:
1. Master’s Degree in Management, Rural Development, or a relevant discipline.
2. Experience in enterprise promotion, startup incubation, livelihood programmes, entrepreneurship development, rural development projects, or related areas.
3. Knowledge of local languages of Meghalaya will be an added advantage.
Name of post : Field Investigator
No. of posts : 2
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 34,000 per month
Job Roles :
The Field Investigators will support field visits, enterprise identification, stakeholder engagement, beneficiary coordination, data collection, documentation, monitoring, and other project-related activities.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Rural Development, Social Sciences, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Experience in community-based development work, surveys, or field research will be preferred.
3. Fresh postgraduates with demonstrated capability and willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork may also apply.
