Qualification & Experience :
The candidate should have Graduate with Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Recourse
Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relation/Labor Welfare of one-year duration and
Minimum 2 years’ experience for S2/4 Years’ experience in S3 in Human Resource department in
an organisation of repute. Candidate should be conversant with routine HR & Administrative
functions of an organisation. Candidates having hands-on factory experience with basic knowledge
of Labour laws will be preferred. Excellent organizational communications skills. Working Knowledge of Computers (MS Office, in particular) is a prerequisite for the Job.
