National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the ANRF-ARG, sponsored project in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering entitled “ALZ-RiskNet: A Multimodal Deep Learning Toolbox for Risk Prediction of Alzheimer’s using Longitudinal Neuroimaging, Blood, Genetics, and Cognitive Assessment Data” in 2026.

Essential Qualification :
Minimum M.Tech./M.E. degree with valid GATE in ECE/CSE/EE/E&I.
Desirable Experience :
Research/ Project experience in the field of Machine Learning/ Deep Learning.
Salary : INR. 37,000/- month (+10% H.R.A as per the Institute norms)
Age Limit : 35 years (as on closing date of application)
