Eligibility Criteria :
Librarian :
1) Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
2) A Ph.D. Degree in library science / information science / documentation / archives and manuscript-keeping.
3) Evidence of innovative library services, including the integration of ICT in a library.
4) At least 10 years work experience
Superintendent Engineer :
B.E. / B. Tech. in Civil Engineering with first class or its equivalent Grade with good academic record from a recognized University/Institute. 5 years work experience
Deputy Librarian :
1. A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point – scale wherever the grading system is followed.
2. A Ph.D. Degree in library science/ information science/ documentation / archives and manuscript-keeping.
3. Evidence of innovative library services, including the integration of ICT in a library.
At least 8 years
Deputy Registrar :
Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale. Five years administrative experience
Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical) :
First class Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. 5-10 years work experience
Assistant Registrar :
Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. 5-7 years of work experience.
Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical) :
First class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. 5 years of relevant experience.
Sports Officer :
i) A Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports or Sports Science with first class (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed). Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC,
OR
ii) Diploma in coaching from National Institute of Sports or from any equivalent Institute.
iii) Should qualify in the physical fitness test in accordance with the relevant Regulations of UGC as part of the selection process.
5 years of experience
Deputy Registrar (Deputation)
Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale
Five years administrative experience

Application Fee:
A Non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- (application fee Rs. 950/- plus registration fee Rs. 50/-) to be paid through the payment gateway. No application fees (i.e. Rs. 950/-) for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates/Ex-servicemen categories as per GOI Orders, however a registration fee of Rs. 50/- is to be paid.
