Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Finance Executive, Administrative Assistant, M&E/MIS Specialist and Project Engineer in 2026.
Name of post : Finance Executive
No. of posts : 1
Qualification & Experience :
1. Graduate from a recognized Institute.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant post qualification experience in accounting with Government projects/CSS/EAP.
3. Experience of working with Tally software for at least 2 year.
4. Sound knowledge of Government Accounting, Income Tax, GST and other Taxation matters.
5. Fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English.
6. Must be computer literate and should have knowledge in MS-Office, Internet, email, etc
Monthly Remuneration : Rs. 40,000/-to Rs. 50,000/-
Age Limit : Up to 35 years
Name of post : M&E/MIS Specialist
No. of posts : 3
Qualification & Experience :
1. The candidate should possess atleast MCA or B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology from a recognized University/Institution.
2. The candidate must have at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in management of IT & MIS activities in any Externally Aided Project (e.g. World Bank, JICA, ADB etc.) or Public/ Private sector organization.
3. Experience in designing, executing atleast One LAN/WAN/Data Centre project is preferable.
4. Knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Security is desirable.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reporting.
6. Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions for fitment in the network for optimising cost/efficiencies.
7. Support in development of IT platforms and applications.
8. Support in conducting various training activities.
9. Maintenance support, troubleshooting IT issues and providing assistance to medical
colleges
10. Experience of working in the Northeast with govt. aided project will be preferred.
11. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
Monthly Remuneration : Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 50,000/-
Age Limit : Up to 40 years
Name of post : Project Engineer

Qualification & Experience :
1. Full time Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering Discipline from recognized University/ Institution.
2. Should have minimum 5 (five) years of post- qualification experience in Public/Private sector organization out of which minimum 2 years of experience in handling multi storey Building construction site is highly desirable.
3. Should have professional work experience at the national / state levels or in any other
externally aided project to review the design and drawings for the construction /
renovation works, quality control, verification of material test certificates, IS codal compliances related to civil works planned in the project.
4. Proficiency in MS office and Autocad functionalities, operation, record keeping etc.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good knowledge of written and spoken Assamese, English & Hindi.
Monthly Remuneration : Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 50,000/-
Age Limit : Up to 40 years

Qualification & Experience :
1. Graduate in any stream from a recognized Institute or University
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant post qualification experience out of which atleast 2 years should be at the State Level/Externally Aided projects/CSS.
3. Must be computer literate and should have knowledge in MS-Office, Internet, e-mail
etc.
4. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
Monthly Remuneration : Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 35,000/-
Age Limit : Up to 35 years
