Qualification & Experience :
1. Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Management/ Social Sciences/ Nutrition 2.
2. Minimum 2 years work experience of capacity building, with supervisory skills
3. Good oral and written communication skills in local language and fair skills in English. Good compute skills/knowledge of internet /email
4. Ability to work in a team and willingness to travel extensively.
5. Mandatorily local candidates should be engaged.
Desirable : Experience of working on Government Programs in the social sector -Health,
Nutrition, Education, Water and Sanitation
Selection process:
- Assessment Marks (Academic Qualification and work experience) -10 Marks.
- Written Test- 60 Marks.
- Computer Skill Test- 20 Marks.
- Viva Voce- 10 Marks.
