Eligibility Criteria :
1. Deputy General Manager- Finance : CA / CMA with 16 years work experience
2. Chief Manager- Finance : CA / CMA with 13 years work experience
3. Senior Manager- Finance : CA / CMA with 10 years work experience
4. Assistant Manager- Finance : CA / CMA with 1 year work experience
5. Deputy General Manager-Projects : B.E./B. Tech from recognised institution in the Civil / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communications/ Electronics/Mechanical Engg. with min. 60% marks. 16 years work experience.
6. Senior Manager-Projects : B.E./B. Tech from recognised institution in the Civil / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communications/ Electronics/Mechanical Engg. with min. 60% marks. 10 years work experience.
7. Assistant Manager- Projects :
B.E./B. Tech from recognised institution in the Civil / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communications/ Electronics/Mechanical Engg. with min. 60% marks. 1 year work experience.
8. Chief Manager- HR : Regular full-time two-year course MBA or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma from Recognized / reputed Institution/ University or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management or equivalent with first division or equivalent CGPA. 13 years work experience.
9. Assistant Manager- HR : Regular full-time two-year course MBA or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma from Recognized / reputed Institution/ University or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management or equivalent with first division or equivalent CGPA. 1 year work experience.
10. Executive- Finance : CA/CMA
11. Executive- Projects : B.E./B. Tech from recognised institution in the Civil / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communications/ Electronics/Mechanical Engg. with
min. 60% marks
12. Executive- Legal : Regular full time Degree in Law (LLB – 3 years) with first division or equivalent CGPA Or Degree in 5 years integrated course in Law from a recognized University
with first division or equivalent CGPA.
13. Executive- Company Secretary : Graduate with Associate/ Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
14. Executive- IT : B.E. /B. Tech from recognized institutions/ universities in Computer Science with min. 60% marks
