Assam Cricket Association is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Video Analysts, Mental Health Conditioning Coach and Masseur in 2026.

5. Video Analysts (Men & Women): Senior, Under-23 & Under-19 Teams
6. Mental Conditioning Coach / Sports Psychologist (Men & Women Teams)
7. Masseur / Sports Massage Therapist (Senior Men & Women Teams)
Eligibility Criteria :
i) Head Coach : Professionally qualified candidates with a minimum of 5 (five) years of coaching experience with State Cricket Teams (Men) and 3 (three) years with State Cricket Teams (Women).
ii) Assistant Coaches / Trainers / Physiotherapists : Professionally qualified candidates with at least 3 (three) years of experience in handling State Cricket Teams (Men) and 2 (two) years for Women’s teams.
iii) Video Analyst : Candidates must be qualified BCCI-certified Analysts with on-field experience in at least 3 (three) BCCI matches.
iv) Mental Health Conditioning Coach : Professionally qualified candidates with relevant experience in sports psychology / mental conditioning.
v) Masseur / Sports Massage Therapist : Professionally qualified candidates with relevant experience in sports massage therapy.
Remuneration & Perks: Negotiable and commensurate with qualifications, experience and role.
Selection Process:
Selection will be based on scrutiny of applications followed by a personal interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified via email regarding the date, time, and venue of the interview.
