Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Program Executives and Managers in IIM Indore Incubation Foundation in 2026.
Name of post : Manager/Assistant Manager
Qualification and Experience :
MTech/MBA/PGDM or an equivalent master’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/ Marketing/Technology, or Entrepreneurship from a recognized institute, with relevant experience in technology commercialization, supporting incubators, and the assessment and evaluation of startup projects. Experience in the startup ecosystem will be preferred.
Minimum years of relevant experience for Manager: 5 years
Minimum years of relevant experience for Assistant Manager: 3 years
Remuneration :
Manager- Up to INR 100,000 per month(Consolidated)
Assistant Manager- Up to INR 75,000 per month(Consolidated)
Age : Below 45 years as of the date of application.
Name of post : Program Executive/Associate- Fundraising / Marketing
Qualification and Experience :
Program Executive-Fundraising:
1. Graduate/Postgraduate in business administration, science & technology, economics, social work or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development, preferably in non-profit or start-up ecosystems.
3. Strong communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills.
4. Experience in securing corporate sponsorships, CSR funds, government grants, and other funding sources is desirable.
Program Executive-Marketing:
1. Graduate/Postgraduate in marketing management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing & program promotion, preferably in the start-up or entrepreneurial ecosystem.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
4. Strong communication, branding, and event management skills.
Remuneration : Up to INR 40,000 to INR 60,000 per month (consolidated).
Age : Below 35 years as of the date of application
