Henglep PHC inauguration
The PHC, which has been providing health services to the subdivision for years despite lacking adequate infrastructure, is now equipped with improved facilities.

Imphal: The Deputy Commissioner of Manipur’s Churachandpur, Dharun Kumar S, inaugurated the Primary Health Centre (PHC) at Henglep on Wednesday in the presence of Letzamang Haokip, MLA of Henglep AC, and district-level officers.

The PHC, which has been providing health services to the subdivision for years despite lacking adequate infrastructure, is now equipped with improved facilities.

Following the inauguration, the Deputy Commissioner inspected the centreโ€™s rooms, equipment, and other health-related arrangements.

Later in the day, the District Administration convened a District Level Officers (DLO) meeting at the SDO office complex in the Henglep sub-divisional headquarters.

The meeting aimed to strengthen administrative outreach in the districtโ€™s rural areas. A comprehensive review of ongoing schemes was undertaken, focusing on progress, challenges, and actionable measures to enhance public service delivery.

Letzamang Haokip, MLA, along with district-level officers and line department representatives, participated in the deliberations.

The session concluded with a luncheon hosted by Mangminthang Gangte, SDO Henglep, for the DLOs and line staff.
