Eligibility Criteria :
A)
i) The Vice Chancellor of the University shall be an academic person and also outstanding scholar in law with published work of high quality to his credit.
ii) A person possessing the highest level of competence, integrity, morals and also institutional commitment.
iii) A distinguished academician, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience altogether as Professor in a University or 10 years’ experience in a reputed research and/or academic administrative organisation with proof of having demonstrated academic leadership.
iv) The incumbent should have proven experience in the field of academic administration and demonstrated capability of providing effective leadership to the Law University Community.
Or
B) A person who has been a judge of the High Court
Age Limit :
Preferably not more than 65 years of age altogether as on the closing date of receipt of applications of this advertisement.
Salary : The Salary and also Service Conditions of the Vice Chancellor will be as per the prevailing norms and according to the University Statute/Act/regulations.
