The Office of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Kokrajhar under Kokrajhar Judiciary Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Peon in 2026.
Name of post : Peon (Grade-IV)
No. of posts : 2
Scale of Pay : Rs. 12,000-52,000 + G.P. Rs. 3,900 (plus, other allowances admissible as per rule)
Qualification :
Minimum qualification is Class VIII passed but those who have passed HSSLC (10+2) or above shall be ineligible to apply for the posts. Candidates possessing special IT skills may be given preference.
Age Limit :
The candidate must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age in respect of General Category as on 01.02.2026. The upper age is relaxable as per Govt. norms.

The candidate must submit duly filled up application in prescribed form along with self-attested copies of testimonials also.
The envelope containing the application form should also be superscribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON (GRADE IV)”.
The application should reach on or before 24th Feb 2026 till 04.30 P.M.
