Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Accounts Officer in 2026.

Qualification :
A First Class or Second Class Post Graduate Degree in Commerce with specialization in Accountancy or Finance from a recognized University or Institute
OR
CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) Pass from a recognized institute
Experience :
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounts matter in a supervisory capacity which includes:
- At least 5 years in a supervisory capacity in any Government Department / Institution / PSU /
Autonomous Body / Other Organization, and - At least 5 years of service in the Pay Band of Rs. 9,300–34,800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4,600 or equivalent.
Candidates currently working in Central Government / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies / Other Organizations will have their experience assessed for equivalence.
Knowledge of Government of India Rules and Regulations is essential.
Additional Criteria :
- Proven experience in computer-based accounting systems.
- Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software is mandatory
- Thorough knowledge of Government of India financial rules and regulations is essential
