Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements for all the Departments/Schools
excluding School of Innovation-
The minimum requirements for the position of Assistant Professor Grade I & II altogether are as follows:
(a) Assistant Professor Grade II:
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.
Age: Maximum 32 years
(b) Assistant Professor Grade I:
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.
Experience: Minimum three years of industrial/ research/ teaching experience, excluding, however, the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D.
Age: Maximum 35 years
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements for School of Innovation-
The minimum requirements for the position of Assistant Professor, Grade I & II and also Associate
Professor are as follows-
(a) Assistant Professor Grade II:
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.
Desirable: In addition to this, an undergraduate and/or a postgraduate degree in Design/ Architecture from a reputed Design University/Institute in India or abroad.
Age: Maximum 32 years
(b) Assistant Professor Grade I:
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.
Desirable: In addition to this, an undergraduate and/or a postgraduate degree in Design/ Architecture from a reputed Design University/Institute in India or abroad.
Experience: Minimum three years of industrial/ research/ teaching experience, excluding, however, the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D.
Age: Maximum 35 years
(c) Associate Professor:
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout altogether.
Desirable: In addition to this, an undergraduate and/or a postgraduate degree in Design/ Architecture from a reputed Design University/Institute in India or also abroad.
Experience: Minimum six years teaching/ industry/research experience of which atleast three years’ experience should be at the level of Assistant Professor Grade I, Senior Scientific Officer/Senior Design Engineer.
