To make this herbal tea, take 1 tsp each of fennel, cumin & coriander seeds, 1 tsp of dry/fresh rose petals, 2 Aparajita (blue pea flowers), 7-10 curry leaves & 5 mint leaves, 3 tulsi leaves, 1 inch ginger slice and boil it in 1 glass of water (350 ml) for good 5 to 7 mins on a medium flame.
