Ingredients - 2 Drum-sticks, Half tsp salt, Half tsp cumin-coriander powder, 1/4th tsp Turmeric

Method : Take 2 drum sticks, wash them, peel them and cut into 7-10 small pieces. Then, add 2 glasses of water (600 ml) in a pressure cooker and the drumsticks with all other ingredients in it and let it boil for three whistles. Then strain the water & sip on it once a day.
