Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya is making the most of his difficult time by spending quality time together with his family

Pandya, in a post on Instagram, had earlier expressed his regret of being ruled out of the ongoing World Cup after injuring his ankle while bowling during a match against Bangladesh in Pune last month

“Tough to digest the fact that I will miss out on the remaining part of the World Cup. I'll be with the team, in spirit, cheering them on every ball of every game,” Pandya wrote in a post

“Thanks for all the wishes, the love, and the support has been incredible. This team is special and I'm sure we'll make everyone proud. Love, always, HP,” he added

As he is now on a break, he spend a cheerful Diwali with his wife Natasa Stankovic, son Agastya and his brother’s family

Pandya recently took to Instagram to share some family pictures of his Diwali celebrations with his fans

“Happy Diwali from us to you,” he wrote in a caption

Meanwhile, fans couldn’t stop expressing how they missed his lively actions on the field
