God of Cricket Sachin Tendulkar showed off his excitement for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 in a new video recently

The World Cup 2023 which commenced from October 4 will continue till November 19

Tendulkar, in a post on X, jokingly revealed that he was getting into his blues for the Cricket World Cup which actually means getting ready in a blue suit

“Getting into my blues for the @cricketworldcup! Come on India, let’s make it a special one. Are you ready?” wrote Tendulkar

The first match of the Cricket World Cup 2023 is being played between defending champions England and New Zealand in Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium

Tendulkar on Wednesday shared a throwback picture of the winning moment of the Indian national cricket team in the 2011 Cricket World Cup on social networking site X

“One run can win you a match. One over can change an innings. One overthrow can change the course of the match. To watch all of this unfold, we have only #OneDayToGo!” he wrote in a caption

Many netizens also expressed their wish of seeing India once again lift the World Cup trophy in 2023

A total of 10 teams will be competing for the World Cup 2023 trophy and 48 matches will be played from October 5 to November 19 across 10 grounds in India
