A number of reports suggested that her Louis Vuitton bag was priced between Rs. 1.5 lakh to Rs. 2 lakh

As the video caused netizens to have a field day and most of them trolled Moitra with negative statements, she took to Twitter and proclaimed herself as ‘Jholewala Fakir’

By posting a collage of pictures with her expensive bag, Moitra tweeted “Jholewala fakir in Parliament since 2019. Jhola leke aye the… jhola leke chal padenge…”
