Meet Kia's first Electric Vehicle in India, the EV6

The Kia EV6 crossover takes 73minutes to charge from 10 per cent to 80 per cent

It uses a using a 50kW DC charger for doing so

The Kia EV6 crossover comes with 8 airbags, ABS, ESC, Hill-Star Assist, Multi Collision Brake Assist, electronic parking brake, ISOFIX child seats etc.

The base model comes with a 58kWh battery pack mated to a rear-mounted 167bhp electric motor with 349Nm of peak torque.

While the other RWD variants uses a single Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) with 226bhp of power and 350Nm of torque

The AWD variant provides a combined output of 321bhp and 605Nm of torque

The EV6 with base set-up can reach 100km/h from a standstill in just 8 seconds and reach a top speed of 185km/h.

The electric crossover also claims a  range of 373kms

The EV6 will go on sale from June 1 and only 100 CBUs will be offered to customers in the first phase of the sales
