Meghalaya chief minister Conrad Sangma, leader of opposition Mukul Sangma and Speaker Metbah Lyngdoh, on Tuesday evening, came together on one single stage to sing Christmas carols.
A pre-Christmas celebration programme was organised by Meghalaya Speaker Metbah Lyngdoh at the old Assembly complex in Shillong’s Police Bazaar.
CM Conrad Sangma and leader of opposition Mukul Sangma, who otherwise are at loggerheads politically, came together to sing Christmas carols.
TMC leader and former Meghalaya Speaker Charles Pyngrope also joined the trio on stage to sing Christmas carols.
