Activists of right-winged groups allegedly vandalised a missionary school at Ganj Basoda Tehsil in Vidisha district of Madhya Pradesh. 

According to reports, the groups have accused the school authorities of converting religions of as many as eight students. 

A mob of over 300 people created a ruckus and vandalised property of the St Joseph School at Ganj Basoda Tehsil in Vidisha district of Madhya Pradesh. 

Activists of right-winged groups like the Bajrang Dal, Hindu Jagran Manch and Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad allegedly took part in the vandalization.

The protest allegedly broke out when the school was conducting exams for Class 12.  

The mob allegedly broke into the school and started damaging school property. 

Meanwhile, the police have registered a case of rioting against unidentified persons after the incident. 

However, state Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) office-bearer Nilesh Agrawal told PTI that they had only organised a peaceful protest outside the school and later submitted a memorandum to the local administration, and denied any role of the outfit in the disturbance at the institute.
