Later in the day, union home minister Amit Shah will also address both the Houses of Parliament over the horrific Nagaland massacre issue.
Meanwhile, the police in Nagaland have named 21 Para Special Forces in its suo moto FIR in connection with the killing of innocent civilians by the force’s commandos at Oting village in the state’s Mon district on Saturday evening.
The FIR has been lodged at the Tizit police station in Nagaland’s Mon district.
