A top leader of the Naga rebel group National Socialist Council of Nagalim (NSCN -IM) has passed away along the Indo-Myanmar border in Nagaland.
Moniel Anal, the self-styled 2nd lieutenant of “Naga National Army,” the armed wing of the NSCN-IM reportedly died last night due to illness.
He belonged to the Kisiumong Battalion of the “Naga National Army”.
