The results of the online poster and art competition organized by Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU) as part of celebration of the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose have been declared.
A total of 167 competitors participated in the competition.
While the art competition was confined to school students, the poster competition was open for college and university students.
For the art competition, the school students were divided into two groups – group (A) was for students from class-I to class-V and group (B) was for students of class –VI to class-XII.
The results of the competition are as follows:
In Ggroup A, S Abhinav won the 1st position while Sandashi Sarma secured the 2nd position and Deeptanshu Das secured the 3rd position.
In Group B, Jinti Barman won the 1st position while Sagarika Sarania won the 2nd position and V Mythili stood third.
The poster competition was also divided into two groups – Group (A) is for learners of Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KHSOU) and Group (B) was for students of colleges/universities and any person
(except special awardee).
The results of the competition are as follows:
In Group A, Ila Devi won the first position while Nabanit August won the second position and
Ujjal Bordoloi sood third.
In Group B, Rebek Rothang MawiLeiri won the 1s position and Pintu Sil won the 2nd position while Savitha Chivukula secured the 3rd position, the chairman of the Committee for Celebration of 125th Birth Anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose & Director, Bhupen Hazarika School of Mass Communication said in a statement.
The winners will be contacted individually and will be given away their awards at a special ceremony to be organized at the concluding ceremony of the celebration of 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, the statement said.
