The Unlock 2.0 across Nagaland for one week, as announced by the state government, will begin from July 11-17 with more relaxation.
During the period, all business establishments dealing in all kinds of goods will be allowed to open from 6 am to 4 pm, chief secretary J Alam said in a notification.

The Unlock 1.0 in the state, which began on July 1, ended on Saturday.
Alam said long-distance trains will be permitted to stop in Dimapur railway station during the period.
However, all the inbound passengers should be asymptomatic and they will be required to produce the certificate of completion of both doses of Covid19 vaccine, Alam said.

Outdoor sports competitions other than competitions will be permitted subject to the attendance of not more than 100 persons and adherence to Covid19 appropriate behaviour and all the applicable SOPs issued from time to time.
The notification said the inter-district movement will be allowed subject to the persons (s) being asymptomatic and having completed both doses of Covid19 vaccine.
Bus service, intra and inter-district taxi service and pillion riding on two-wheelers will continue to remain suspended.
The high-powered committee on Covid19 at a meeting, chaired by chief minister Neiphiu Rio on July 8, decided to initiate Unlock 2.0 after a significant decline in the total number of active cases, hospitalisation cases and the number of persons requiring oxygen support across the state.
The committee also noted that while the last seven days average of Covid19 positivity rate in the state was showing a declining trend, it still continues to remain above 5%.
Since there has been improvement in the overall Covid19 situation as reflected by various parameters, the committee considered further relaxations and opening of more activities while continuing with the existing lockdown measures, the notification added.
