Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia has tested positive for COVID19 positive on Monday.
The news has been confirmed by the Delhi minister in a tweet.
In his tweet in Hindi on Monday, Sisodia said he underwent a test on the day for coronavirus after he had mild fever on Sunday night.
The report of the test has come positive, Sisodia said.
The Delhi deputy chief minister said after the arrival of the report, he has gone under self-isolation.
According to reports, due to fever, the minister could not attend Monday’s special one-day session of Delhi Legislative Assembly.
“Currently, there is no fever or any other complications; I am completely fine. Hopefully, I will be back to work with good health with all your good wishes and blessings,” Sisodia tweeted.
