The Higher Secondary final examination results, 2020 were declared on Thursday.

Results were declared in all the three streams – Arts, Science and Commerce

Two candidates notched the top spot in the Arts stream.

They are Pubali Deka of Patharighat HS School in Darrang and Shraddha Borgohain of Ramanujan Junior College, Nagaon.

Both of them secured a total of 481 marks.

The first position in the Science stream was bagged by Abinash Kalita from Anundoram Barooah Academy, Barpeta.

He secured a total of 486 marks.

The top spot in the Commerce stream has been bagged by Krishna Maheswari of Salt Brook Academy, Dibrugarh securing a total of 481.

A total of 1,68,367 candidates took the examination in the Arts stream.

Among them, 19850 secured first division, 44191 passed in the second division and 67753 passed the examination in the third division.

The pass percentage is 78.28 per cent.

A total of 17713 candidates took the examination in the Commerce stream.

Among them 3870 secured first division, 5415 got second division and 6334 passed in third division

The pass percentage in Commerce is 88.18 per cent.

In the science stream, 39574 took the examination.

Among them 16928 secured first division, 14747 secured second division and 3272 secured third division.

The pass percentage in the Science stream is 88.06 per cent.
