A total of 46 COVID-19 patients in Tripura were discharged from Bhagat Singh COVID Care Centre after they tested successively tested negative.
Informing about it in a tweet Chief Minister Biplab Deb said, “Happy to share that 46 COVID19 patients have been released today from Bhagat Singh COVID Care Center after their test results came NEGATIVE. ”

A resident of West Tripura district, the patient was suffering from hypertension.
Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb on Tuesday further informed that a total of 1,450 samples were tested for COVID-19 in the state on the day, out of which 26 were found positive for the virus.
The state’s overall COVID-19 tally has now reached to 867.
