A day after Bollywood musician Wajid Khan passed away succumbing to COVID-19, his mother has been tested positive for coronavirus on Tuesday.
According to reports Wajid Khan’s mother, Razina, who was at Surana Sethia hospital to take care of his ailing son, had contracted COVID-19 before the late musician was found to be infected with the virus.
She is undergoing treatment at the same hospital in Mumbai.
Razina’s health condition, it is learnt, is better now.

Wajid Khan died of COVID-19 in the wee hours of Monday at the age of 42 years.
He was tested positive for the novel coronavirus a few days ago.
Wajid Khan, of the famous Sajid-Wajid music composer duo, was also suffering from kidney ailments and had undergone a kidney transplant a few months ago.
Wajid Khan composed most of the songs of actor Salman Khan’s moves and even had a hand in composing the recent Bhai-Bhai song released by the actor last week.
The composer was hospitalized a few days ago at Surana Hospital, Chembur where his condition deteriorated.
He, however, suffered cardiac arrest and died.
He was later laid to rest at Versova cemetery on Monday evening.
